BILL DE RIDDER has over thirty years of real estate experience in most aspects of the industry. He obtained his degree from San Francisco State University in Public Administration in 1974. In 1978 he obtained his real estate agents license and then his broker's license in 1984. Bill's career began in the Title Insurance industry rising to Regional Sales Manager with Stewart Title and gave extensive seminars in real estate financing in Land Contracts. Bill has owned Real Estate Companies in North and East San Diego County. Bill has worked with builders handling their tract homes and over the course of several years, sold several hundred homes. Additionally Bill worked in the banking industry originating loans and worked in the foreclosure trustee business working with loss mitigators and asset managers.

KEVIN R. MCCARTHY has been actively involved in the practice of Real Estate related law since 1990. Mr. McCarthy is licensed to practice in the State of California and the Federal Courts of California and Arizona. Mr. McCarthy is a partner of the law firm McCarthy & Holthus, LLP based in San Diego, California. McCarthy & Holthus represents mortgage servicers and lenders in eight western states. Mr. McCarthy is a member of the California State Bar Association's Real Property Law Section and member of the MBA Legal Affairs Committee. Further, his membership in numerous organizations such as the United Trustee Association, Arizona Trustee's Association, The Mortgage Banker's Association and such, allow him to keep current and in touch with the latest developments in the law.

THOMAS J. HOLTHUS has been managing default servicing from both a legal and business perspective since 1984. Mr. Holthus is an Attorney licensed to practice law in the states of California, Nevada, Nebraska and the Federal Courts in Arizona. Mr. Holthus is a partner in McCarthy & Holthus, LLP and was previously Executive Vice President and Manager of the Asset Resolution Division of HomeComings Financial Network, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC/RFC. Mr. Holthus was CEO and General Counsel of American Custody Corp (ACC) which was sold to GMAC/RFC in 1996. Prior to ACC, Mr. Holthus was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Northeast Savings, F.A. Mr. Holthus' extensive experience includes purchasing and managing non-performing assets (loans and REO) both for others as well as portfolio loans.
