MARY HEINEKE is the Home Management Consultant for QualityFirst Home Marketing, a division of McCarthy Holthus Real Estate Corporation, designed to assist in selling vacant properties for a higher price with less time on the market and minimizing the expense of preserving assets. Mary has 18 years experience in the Real Estate business with over 8 years experience managing and marketing vacant properties using this unique concept. She has worked extensively in the REO field with Northeast Savings and American Custody Corporation where she developed and managed the Home Management divisions. Mary was a Vice President for GMAC- Homecomings, a division of GMAC-RFC, where she held managerial positions including the REO National Contracts Manager for over 13 years. She has been a licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1994 and holds a Masters Degree in Counseling.
