Who are our Resident Managers?

People become Residential Home Managers for QualityFirst Home Marketing for many reasons. The program appeals to people in transition. Someone needing a short-term housing solution - for instance those who are building or shopping for a new home and would benefit from being a Residential Home Manager for only a few months. Many people become so captivated by the lifestyle, with its variety and affordable luxury, they continue year after year.

Our Residential Home Managers are professionals such as college professors, airline employees, traveling doctors/nurses, interior designers, and many others. They respond to advertisements we strategically place such as: "Are you looking to live in a luxury home at a reduce rate? DO you have a sense of adventure?" MUST have decorator quality furnishing and accessories to be considered for this opportunity.

What does it take to become a QualityFirst Residential Home Manager?

Residential Home Managers are screened to make sure they qualify and understand the commitment as a contractors working with QualityFirst Home Marketing. Complete details of the program are disclosed before a potential Residential Home Manager is approved.

A person wanting to become a Residential Home Manager must have the right mindset, sense of adventure and the furnishings/accessories to decorate, maintain and the properties they reside. Our screening process includes a background check and credit report.

To qualify to be a Residential Home Manager one must be innately neat and clean. This is not a job for slobs! The home must remain in Market to Sell condition; this means no dishes in the sink, unmade beds or dirty floors. No pets and no smoking allowed!

Part of the interview process is a review of the potential contractor’s furnishings and decorator items. Matching the right furniture to enhance a home is part of the value QualityFirst adds to homes. The furnishings must enhance the property being marketed.

What’s expected of a QualityFirst Residential Home Manager?

Once approved as a Residential Home Manager and assigned a property the work begins. Using professional decorators the home is transformed within three days to the Market to Sell condition and must remain available for showing seven days a week from 8am to 8pm.

QualityFirst Residential Home Managers maintain the current condition of the lawn and pool of the property being managed during the time the property is occupied.

Most utilities are paid for by the QualityFirst Residential Home Manager. Payment of water is negotiated with the homeowner by QualityFirst Home Marketing based on the lot size and water required to maintain the property.

QualityFirst Home Marketing and the Residential Home Manager must complete a "Statement of Condition" prior to moving into any property.

QualityFirst Residential Home Managers must carry a minimum of $50,0000 personal property insurance and Comprehensive liability insurance coverage of $500,000 with respect to liability assumed.

What happens when the house sells?

QualityFirst Residential Home Manager understands when the home is sold they have done a good job and are willing to move in as short a notice as five business day. Our Residential Home Manager is ready for the next challenge to sell.

All furnishings and personal property is removed from the property and the property is cleaned returning it in the condition prior to move-in or better. Utilities are put back into the homeowner’s name the day the property is vacated by the Residential Home Manager.

Many of our Residential Home Managers have the opportunity to move into another QualityFirst Home Marketing property as long as the furnishings enhance the property and based on property availability.
